Effective for orders placed on or after 16 August 2026.

AutoLoot sells vehicle-specific accessories that are specially ordered after an order is placed. Please check your vehicle details carefully and contact us for fitment support before ordering if you are unsure.

Change of mind

Because our products are specially ordered for specific vehicle applications, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges once an order has been processed.

If you contact us before processing has begun, we will review whether cancellation is still possible.

Incorrect vehicle selected by the customer

Customers are responsible for providing or selecting accurate vehicle information.

If incorrect vehicle information was provided or selected, we generally cannot accept a return or exchange once the special order has been processed. Please contact us promptly so that we can review whether any options remain available.

AutoLoot-confirmed fitment mismatch

If AutoLoot explicitly listed or directly confirmed that a product was compatible with your vehicle and it does not fit, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• Your vehicle make, model, year and variant
• A description of the fitment issue
• Clear photographs showing the product and the issue

We will assess the information and arrange an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging and issue.

We will review the case and provide an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances.

Contact us before returning anything

Do not return an item until AutoLoot has provided return instructions. If a physical return is required, we will provide the applicable return address after reviewing your case.

Items sent without prior instructions may delay our assessment of the request.
