These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AutoLoot website and your purchase of products through our online store.

Vehicle names alone may not always identify the correct application.

Customers should review the Vehicle Fitment information shown on product pages and contact AutoLoot before ordering if they are unsure whether a product is suitable for their vehicle.

3. Customer Vehicle Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information when requesting fitment assistance or placing an order.

This may include:

• generation;
• variant;
• chassis/platform information; or
• photographs where requested.

AutoLoot uses the information provided by customers together with available product and vehicle information to assist with fitment assessment.

Providing incorrect vehicle information may affect compatibility.

4. Special Order Products

AutoLoot products are currently offered as Special Order items.

This means products are sourced after an order is placed rather than maintained as a Ready Stock inventory range.

Because products may be specifically sourced for the customer's vehicle application:

• customers should confirm fitment before ordering;
• cancellation options may become limited once processing has begun; and
• change-of-mind returns may not be available after order processing.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

AutoLoot reserves the right to review or decline orders where reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

• unavailable products;
• incorrect product information;
• inability to confirm fitment;
• suspected fraud or misuse; or
• other circumstances where fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been made, AutoLoot will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and fitment information are accurate.

However:

• images may vary slightly due to photography, display settings or production differences;
• product details may be updated from time to time;
• vehicle applications may vary by market or configuration.

Where fitment information is provided, customers should use the Vehicle Fitment information and contact AutoLoot if uncertain.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility for inaccurate information or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars unless stated otherwise.

Prices and availability may change from time to time.

Payment is processed through the available payment methods provided at checkout.

Customers should not send complete payment card details through email, WhatsApp or other direct communication channels.

8. Shipping and Delivery

AutoLoot currently provides delivery within Singapore only.

All products are Special Order items.

Estimated delivery:

Approximately 10–14 business days from order confirmation.

This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery timing may vary depending on:

• supplier availability;
• fulfilment arrangements;
• logistics conditions; and
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns, Refunds and Product Issues

Returns, refunds and product-related issues are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Customers should contact AutoLoot promptly if they experience:

Where AutoLoot has confirmed compatibility and the product does not match the confirmed vehicle application, we will review the matter based on the circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Singapore law.
